Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)
General Questions:
What happened to the
Standard 100/300/1000 packages? We did away with
that idea for now to allow maximum flexibility for you. You
will no longer see any references to those packages in
School Program brochure. References to standard packages
have also been removed online. We will issue volume pricing
just for consultants (see pricing section below).
What can I offer with the school program? You
can create your own "packaged program." We offer
volume discounts on the Discovery Reports, and we are also
offering some collateral to help you market your own package.
You may arrange to conduct training for the staff, students
and or parents. What you charge for your speaking fees
is up to you. You can create your own approach according
to your areas of expertise and the school's needs. We
belive that a minimum "package" should consist of:

introductory
training
- assessments and reports
- application assistance
What is the consultant's role in the
school program? The
consultant is the one who leads the program with the school.
Personality Insights will support your efforts, but you
control how the concept is presented and how it is priced.
It is vital that you work directly with the school to make
sure that the program is successful. The school needs you
guidance to learn and apply the material properly. You
are the one who will support all on-site training and who
will supply the day-to-day support for the school.
What does on-site traning involve? In
order to ensure that each school learns and applies the
material properly, it is vital that you be directly involved
with their exposure to the material. You may choose to
present all of the teaching modules yourself. You may also
use any video or audio material from Personality Insights to
supplement your efforts. In any case, you should be present
at the school for all introductory sessions. You will need
to be available to answer questions and handle the concerns
of the participants.
How are assessments given? Online
assessments are preferred. Codes will be delivered in bulk
to you to pass on to the school. Discovery Reports will
be delivered via email. The school will need to print out
the Discovery Reports on their printers. The school can
also use booklets,
but there will be an added charge for booklets. The school
will also be responsible for entering booklet answers
to the online assessment in order to receive the corresponding
Discovery Report.

How do I get pricing for a school? Call
Personality Insights for a quote - we have established
a deep discount for consultants for volume orders of
Discovery Reports.
What is my commission? You
can set your own prices. You resell the Discovery Report
codes at what ever price you want to.
How can the school place an order? They should place it
through you. You will need a credit card
Is volume pricing available for
non-educational accounts? Yes. Our focus
is to enable you to work with large accounts.
